AI,navigated.

Navago advises operations heavy businesses in the GCC on using AI, in industries like retail and e‑commerce, logistics and warehousing, hospitality and events. It helps them put AI to work where it pays back: fewer exceptions, faster flow and decisions made on data.

Free field notes by email, roughly once a week. You confirm on Substack in one click.

Twenty times the volume

A digital platform taken from around 50,000 to more than 1,000,000 deliveries a month, with the decisions behind that growth made on data.

From E‑commerce to Q‑commerce

Customers who once waited a day now expect their order in minutes. Keeping up means faster decisions on stock, pricing and fulfilment, made on live data.

The power of a digital network

More than 200 customer integrations and connectors, so data moves between partners as it happens and the platform gets more useful, and harder to copy, with every connection.

Who's behind Navago

I'm the founder. I've spent 22 years in operations (events, restaurants, a hostel I co-owned in Budapest, and more recently logistics, supply chain and digital platforms across the GCC), and what I write comes from that work, with the businesses anonymised.

If you have an operation you'd like me to look at, email hello@navago.ai.
